SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all purchases of tickets offered for sale in Swiss Francs by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux via its website jdamontreux.ch. They form part of the sales contract concluded on this occasion. You are obliged to read them before purchasing a ticket.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded in the computer system of Jazz Dance Academy Montreux constitutes proof of all the transactions that you conclude with Jazz Dance Academy Montreux.
In accordance with art. 5 and 8 of the Federal Law on Data Protection (LPD) and the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD), you have, at any time, the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete and port all your personal data by writing, by mail and proving your identity, to :

You declare that you have read this contract and accepted it by ticking the box provided for this purpose prior to the implementation of the procedure for ordering your tickets. The validation of the ticket order materializes your acceptance, without restriction or reservation, of this contract.
Finally, you acknowledge that you have the capacity required to contract and acquire tickets offered on the jdamontreux.ch website.
This contract may be subject to subsequent changes. In this case, the version in force on the day of your purchase shall apply to the purchase.

ORDER
The order of a Ticket (offer) is made by yourself directly on the Jazz Dance Academy Montreux website by filling in a dedicated reservation form with the requested information.
Once the reservation request is received by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux, Jazz Dance Academy Montreux will come back to the Buyer to validate the order (according to the number of remaining seats, etc.) and to proceed with the payment.
The registration of a reservation on the website of Jazz Dance Academy Montreux is realized when you validate it, which implies in particular to accept the present General Conditions of Sale by ticking the box provided for this purpose. You have the possibility to check before validation the details of your order, its total price and to correct possible errors. This validation implies the acceptance of the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale and constitutes proof of the contract.
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.
The contract of sale is concluded when Jazz Dance Academy Montreux will have sent you the confirmation of the acceptance of the order, by e-mail, upon receipt of payment.
Jazz Dance Academy Montreux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking by a Client if payment has not been made within 3 working days of the booking.
Jazz Dance Academy Montreux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

TICKET PRICES
The prices of the Tickets (face value) are indicated in Swiss francs and include all taxes.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are only payable in the currency indicated during the ordering process.
Jazz Dance Academy Montreux reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

AVAILABILITY AND SEATING PLAN
You will be informed of the availability of the desired Tickets, once the reservation has been made, by return from Jazz Dance Academy Montreux.
The seats are not numbered and Jazz Dance Academy Montreux does not guarantee that it will be possible to find as many contiguous seats as ordered.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the desired Tickets, Jazz Dance Academy Montreux will let you know and you can then decide to rectify or cancel the reservation.
In any case, you will be able to check the adequacy of the order with your wishes at the time of validation of the order.

Payment must be made within 3 working days of booking, otherwise the booking cannot be held and lost seats will not be guaranteed for a future booking.

TICKET
Upon confirmation of the acceptance of the order (once the transfer has been received by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux), and except for the exceptions mentioned at the time of the order, you will receive within 24 hours, by e-mail, an indication of when the tickets can be picked up at the premises of Jazz Dance Academy Montreux.
Each Ticket ordered by the Buyer will contain each name indicated by the Buyer. You remain responsible for the use of your Ticket. Jazz Dance Academy Montreux does not have any retail outlets from which to collect Tickets.

USE AND VALIDITY OF THE TICKET
The Ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
It is personal to you and is non-transferable, unless expressly authorised by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux. It is possible that Jazz Dance Academy Montreux has not wished to make each of the Tickets nominative, in which case they will only bear the same identity, i.e. that of the purchaser mentioned at the time of the order. In any case, the Ticket cannot be sold for a face value higher than the one indicated on the Ticket. Jazz Dance Academy Montreux reserves the right to take legal action against Buyers who offer Tickets for sale at a price higher than their face value.
The Ticket is only valid for the specific venue, session, date and time of the performance. After the start time, access to the show is no longer guaranteed: in this case, you will not be entitled to any refund. You are advised to arrive before the start of the show, at least 30 minutes in advance.
Some of the times indicated by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux may be strict deadlines with no tolerance for late entry.
Any person who does not comply with the rules and regulations of the show or with the GTC, may be refused entry to the event or expelled from it without being entitled to a refund of the ticket.

TICKET CONTROL AND ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Jazz Dance Academy Montreux is responsible for controlling the Tickets unless it has delegated this task to a third party. It is the unique barcode and the Ticket identifier, if applicable, that will allow the validity of each Ticket to be verified.
Jazz Dance Academy Montreux may indicate any other supporting documents to be presented at the entrance of the venue where the performance is taking place. In this case, you will be informed prior to the performance and Jazz Dance Academy Montreux may request the presentation of such documents.
You must keep your Ticket when you enter the show by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux during the whole show.
It is reminded that Jazz Dance Academy Montreux is not obliged to verify the identity of the person in possession of the Ticket, nor to verify the authenticity of the Ticket in the measure. You are also reminded that you are responsible for keeping your Ticket and that you may be refused access to the show even if your name appears on the Ticket. You will not be entitled to any refund.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
A Ticket cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded, even in the event of loss or theft.
A Ticket can only be refunded in case of cancellation of the show and only upon decision of Jazz Dance Academy Montreux. In case of cancellation of the show, only the price of the ticket will be refunded. This reimbursement will only be made to the original purchaser upon return of the ticket. In all cases, no costs of any kind will be refunded and no other compensation will be granted.
You will be informed of any cancellation, postponement or modification of the show by Jazz Dance Academy Montreux.

BEHAVIOUR DURING THE EVENT
You will have to respect the instructions of Jazz Dance Academy Montreux when you are at the venue.

APPLICABLE LAW
The sale of the Tickets is subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute between you and Jazz Dance Academy Montreux Sàrl, Swiss law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction for any dispute with Jazz Dance Academy Montreux is Montreux, Vaud (Switzerland), subject to the mandatory legal provisions relating to the place of jurisdiction of consumers.

PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data you provide to us are only used to complete the transaction and to keep proof of it. This information also enables us to send you the Ticket(s) you have ordered and possibly to contact you, insofar as possible, in the event of cancellation or modification of the date, time or place of an Event for which you have registered. This information is, by default, the surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number of the participant and, sometimes, depending on the needs of the organisation of the Event, the company, the date of birth of the participant, his or her postal address and a photograph enabling the participant to be identified.
This data allows in particular:
- Your identification;
- Verification that you are authorised to participate in the Event;
- Verification of the specific conditions for one or other of the Event's price categories;
- Disseminating practical information about the Event;
- The preservation of proof of the transaction.
