PROGRAMS

Jazz Dance Academy Montreux

is pleased to offer you and our teachers

  • classes
  • styles
  • levels
  • different projects
adapted to all students and all ages through respectful guidance, rigorous teaching and an inspiring venue in the heart of the Montreux Riviera.

The school cultivates pleasure, passion, rigour, versatility and self-confidence.

At JDA Montreux, we offer 6 different sections taught by recognised and specialised teachers, each with their own specific vocabulary.

  • Jazz Academy
  • Ballet Academy (classical)
  • Contemporary Academy
  • Hip-Hop Academy
  • Theater Academy
  • Primary Academy (early years & baby dance)

Included in these 6 sections, we offer 2 programmes depending on the motivation of the students
  • JDA Recreational
  • JDA Junior

With the 2 highlights of the dance school, which are

  • Demonstrations
  • The show
and which follow a pedagogical and artistic vision carried by a deeply human angle.

Each class performs a demonstration to showcase the progress made by the children in front of their families, through different exercises that demonstrate their pedagogical development.
It's at the end of the first term of work, and it's also an opportunity for us to take stock of each child's progress and identify the areas for improvement that need to be pursued in all the classes.

And at the end of each season, a show is presented on stage, bringing together all our students in a joyful, festive and artistic atmosphere, to express their progress with high standards, pleasure, commitment and a passion for dance and theatre.
This show is first and foremost a wonderful adventure. It's a mark left on the stage, deep and precious for tomorrow. It's about dressing up, stepping into the spotlight, dancing for the moment, greeting the world, asserting yourself fully, like a being in metamorphosis, becoming a butterfly in the spotlight.
